A. All orders are shipped out from our facility via USPS or UPS. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.
A. Yes. Since we do not use any preservatives in our formula, please make sure to refrigerate after opening.
A. Please send an email to herbertssalsa@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping carrier and immediately pass the update to you as soon as we hear from them.
A. Upon receiving your order, please immediately take detailed pictures and send them to herbertssalsa@gmail.com . We cannot do much without pictures as we will have to file a claim with the according carrier. We will let you know how to proceed from there.
